9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 771pub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have deposited into your 771pub account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

771pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any activity that threatens the integrity or security of the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you in accordance with our withdrawal procedures, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 771pub regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
